Which are the works exhibited ?

All works exhibited are all hand made and/or hand painted. Therefore, all works are unique.

Where are the works coming from ?

Art et Artisanat du Monde do not work with any intermediate supplier. All products come from the creator.

How can I pay ?

Art et Artisanat du Monde offers the opportunity to pay :

• - with a cheque from a french bank,
• - with Paypal, with your credit card. It is a very safe and simple process Link to paypal web-site
• - with a credit transfer from your bank to our (we give you our bank account coordinates when you order)

Can I use another currency than Euro ?

Works come from several countries and may be sold all over the world. So, it is mandatory to keep using only one currency to avoid misunderstandings. That's why Art et Artisanat du Monde works only with Euros.

Why can't I pay with my credit card directly on the website ?

Payment with a credit card required . It is an expensive solution for the company, whereas Art et Artisanat du Monde will is to distribute unique works with low margins to ensure that the majority of the price goes to the exhibitors.
Moreover, the order process gives additionnal guaranties (see: What is the order process ? ) )

What is the order process ?

The order process is divided in 4 simple steps:

1. You send your request to buy a work.
2. We contact the exhibitor to confirm the work is still available.
3. The exhibitor send us the work and you send us the payment.
4. If everything is as expected, you will receive quickly the work and the exhibitor will be paid.

You will never have to deal with an unknown people in a foreign country. Art et Artisanat du Monde, a registered french company, is responsible for all the transaction.

How is the work sent ?

The work is sent by registered post and insured.

Can I send back a work if I am not satisfied ?

Yes. If you are disappointed by what you received, you can send it back 7 days after receipt.
Expenses to send back the work shall be paid by the buyer.
Only one exception : If a work is made on order especially for you, you will pay in advance and may be refunded only if the work does not match at all what was required without possible discussion.

How can I be sure that I will receive the work paid ?

Art et Artisanat du Monde commit themselves and is responsible for the entire transaction.
The work ordered will be checked by us and we will then send it to you. We will never have to deal with an unknown people in a foreign country.

Which risk do I take if I give you my E-mail address ?

None ! Art et Artisanat du Monde do not transmit customer coordinates to other companies. AAM certifies that all personnal data are collected only for internal purpose. These information will not be sold or given in any manner to another company.
Our site is declared to the french CNIL under n° 1202551.
In the frame of french law 78-17 from 6th January 1978, you can have acess and rectify to all personnal data.
You may only receive from us a monthly newsletter. On request, we will stop sending the newsletter to you.

What can I do to exhibit on Art et Artisanat du Monde ?

The process is simple and described there... The main points to keep in mind :

1. We deserve money only if we sell for you. No sale, no cost for you.
2. In return, we select the exhibitors. The fact that we refuse to exhibit your works does not questionned your talent. It simply means that we do not share your approach, and we can only well sell works we like.
3. It is obvious that the provided pictures of the works must be of good quality. Art et Artisanat du Monde is the only judge for the acceptability of pictures.

How can an exhibitor be sure he will be paid ?

Art et Artisanat du Monde commit themselves. You will never deal with the buyer directly.
The payment comes first to us and we check its validity before delivering the work to the buyer.
